How to make the anime eye trend

  1. 01

    Upload a portrait

Pick a sharp photo with visible eyes. The photo fills the frame, so position the stickers after choosing 3:4 or 9:16.

  2. 02

    Place the star eyes

Drag the star onto one eye. Adjust its size and iris color. The reference uses one eye; a second star is an optional variation.

  3. 03

    Add music and export

Preview the six-second edit with the original beat or your uploaded music, then download the finished MP4.

What is the anime eye trend?

The anime eye trend combines a real portrait with an oversized anime eye or sparkling star sticker and a short music edit. The linked CapCut reference is six seconds in 3:4 and uses an anime eye inside a star-shaped cutout, with additional anime picture stickers. Pixwit recreates the single-eye cutout arrangement with original artwork: a pale five-point star, a brown glass-like iris, reflections, fine lashes and a cropped fringe.

Does this need an AI model?

This effect uses animated overlays and video editing. You position the eyes yourself; Pixwit renders the sparkles and combines the soundtrack locally. It does not change your face or generate a new portrait.

A little placement makes a big difference

Use a portrait with one person facing the camera. Center the star over one pupil and keep the other eye natural. The default is a single five-point cutout with a brown glass-like iris, white reflections and a cropped fringe. Check the position before exporting.

A six-second H.264 MP4 at 720 × 960 for 3:4 or 720 × 1280 for 9:16, with an AAC soundtrack when music is enabled.

Is this an official CapCut template?

No. Pixwit is an independent tool inspired by the star-eye editing idea. The example eye artwork and built-in beat are original; anime character collages and the reference audio are not included.
