• Reference Image to Video: Generate videos while maintaining visual consistency using reference images

You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

All content provided through Pixwit, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, generated videos, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Pixwit is Pixwit.

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology or intellectual property that makes up the Pixwit service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Pixwit and any third parties.
• While you retain ownership of the videos you generate using our service, the core AI technology and platform remain the property of Pixwit.

Content Visibility and Usage Rights

For Free Users:

• Content generated using the free version of our service (including videos, prompts, images, and generation parameters) may be publicly visible on our platform.
• We reserve the right to use free user-generated content for platform showcase, marketing materials, social media promotion, and service improvement purposes.
• By using the free version, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your generated content.

For Paid Subscribers:

• Paid subscribers have the option to keep their generated content private.
• Private content will not be used for public display or marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• You retain full control over the visibility and usage of your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Pixwit:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Using the service to create content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Generating content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates community standards
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features or usage limitations of the service
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or credit systems
