4.2 Your Generated Content
While you retain ownership of the videos you generate using our service, usage rights vary by subscription level.
Free Users
- Content generated using the free version (including videos, prompts, images, and generation parameters) may be publicly visible on our platform
- We reserve the right to use free user-generated content for platform showcase, marketing materials, social media promotion, and service improvement
- By using the free version, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your generated content
Paid Subscribers
- Paid subscribers have the option to keep their generated content private
- Private content will not be used for public display or marketing purposes without explicit consent
- You retain full control over the visibility and usage of your content
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Pixwit.
5.1 Technology and Platform Abuse
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
- Attempting to bypass any security features or usage limitations
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or credit systems
5.2 Illegal and Harmful Content
- Generating content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Generating content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates community standards
- Generating graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies illegal activities
- Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5.3 Adult and Explicit Content — Zero Tolerance
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Generating, uploading, or submitting any adult, sexually explicit, or NSFW content, including pornographic material, explicit nudity, or any sexual acts
- Generating content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms minors in any way
Pixwit operates a zero-tolerance policy for adult or sexually explicit content. All user-submitted prompts and inputs are screened prior to generation. Content that violates this policy will be rejected, and repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension. Pixwit reserves the right to report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.
