Frequently asked questions
How do I start?
Upload an MP4 or MOV, choose a model and describe the edit. Get a credit quote, then generate.
When are credits charged?
Credits are reserved when you submit and charged when the result succeeds. Confirmed supplier failures release the hold. Uncertain submissions stay reserved while checked.
Will every detail stay identical?
AI generates modified footage, so details and motion can vary. Start with a short clip and review the result.
Do I need a reference image?
Text-only instructions work. Add optional images for specific subjects, clothing, objects or styles; limits depend on the selected model.
